See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ (Col. 2:8).

High School Ministry: In the high school ministry of Revolution Church, we are committed to reaching our high school campuses with the gospel. Through friendship, events, and weekly lunch time visits, we hope to see the Holy Spirit change young people’s lives. Sex, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and the like have gripped the lives of many youth by the ages of sixteen. Our prayer is that we can stop these mistakes from happening, break these addictions, and see God restore their destiny through His healing power. We want to see our young people refuse to conform to the patterns of this world, but instead be transformed by the renewing of their minds (Rom. 12:2a). Our passion for High School ministry is to develop a lifestyle of seeking the presence of God and developing a burning desire to study the word of God on their own.

His Word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot (Jer. 20:9).

Our three step process:

Wednesday nights:

Youth Church. This is a time to come together with friends and peers to encourage and fellowship with one another. Through energetic praise, reverent worship, and the preaching of the Word, we will radically pursue the presence and knowledge of God. Wednesday nights are a time to bring the hope and faith that come from God’s presence and His word alone.

Fusions:

Small groups bring an intimate atmosphere of fellowship, discipleship, and accountability. These are key components to the success of every believer. With fusions we hope to strengthen each believer through the Word of God (Col. 2:7, II Tim. 3:16-17) as well as develop relationships that will last a life time (II Tim 2:22).

Thingamajiggins:

This is a great time to simply hang out and meet new friends. The focus of our thingamajiggins is outreach. We want to support our young people as well as provide a fun, care free, and laid back atmosphere they can bring their friends too. Thingamajiggins are a blast!
